Has the Lord ever placed something on your heart that was calling you to help someone else? And have you ever wanted it so bad and couldn’t find the means to fulfill His calling? Our brother and sister in Christ, Bryson Shake and Elizabeth Lurz, were called to be spring break campaign leaders in Salt Lake City and need your help. With just a small donation of $5.00 you will be able to help them achieve their calling.
The
main mission for this campaign is to work with the Southside Church
of Christ and their youth group in Salt Lake City. While the leaders
and campaigners are
stationed in Salt Lake City, the logistics of what they will be doing
involve planning activities for the youth group, interacting with the
kids, conducting a vacation bible school, doing maintenance/upkeep work
in the church, leading a Sunday worship service and working at a renown
children's hospital, Shriners Hospital, by hanging out with the kids
there.
During
the campaign, the leaders and campaigners are given a free day. On their
free day they will be attending Johnson Park, a local snow-tubing
resort. Aside from their snow tubing, they will also have an opportunity
to enjoy Salt Lake City. Salt Lake City is known for the Mormon
Tabernacle Choir and the campaigners will be attending a performance by
them on that Wednesday night.
This
campaign consists a total of 12 campaigners. This is the cheapest
campaign offered with only $400.00 per person. Do the math and that is
$4,800.00 in total. The opportunity that this campaign offers with a goal in mind to help the
church, kids, and hospitalized children makes the 20-hour drive worth it!

step closer to helping our campaigners get to Salt Lake City.
